It really is amazing what you can find for free from such generous talented people on the Internet. I managed to fill almost all the gaps in my summer wardrobe without buying any patterns using only fabric that had been in my stash for too long. Basically it feels like I have a free summer wardrobe which can only be a good thing.

The Sewing Bee Is Back, new classes available!

I have to admit that there was much excitement when I saw the advert for the next series of the Great British Sewing Bee. It starts on BBC 2 on the 5th February, can't wait!

I will be offering weekly classes for the duration of the series every Friday evening, starting on the 6th February. We will cover some of the things from the show like refashioning,

 making new things from old,

making kids shorts

and much more.

Price will be £10 - £15 per evening (2.5hrs) and classes will be held in South West Edinburgh. Please get in touch coocreations@gmail.com if you would like to come along!

Spread the word, I can only run the classes if there at least 4 folk at each one.
